"We recently had an in-ground gunite pool built by Texoma Country Pools and Spa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We began by working with Pete, who helped us design the pool. He listened to our ideas and came up with a design that we were very happy with. The project officially kicked off in early March, and while the original timeline was estimated at about 8 weeks, the pool was completed by the first week of June. Given that we had an extremely rainy spring, the actual build time from the day they broke ground was right on schedule. Robert oversaw the construction and was excellent about keeping us informed throughout each phase of the project. Despite the frequent rain, the company remained organized and kept things moving consistently. We also made a few changes to the original plan during the build, and they were incorporated seamlessly without issue. Once construction was complete, Austin walked us through the pool’s features and functions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, which made the startup process smooth and stress-free. We’re extremely happy with the final result. The quality of workmanship is top-notch, the cost came in exactly as quoted, and there were no surprise add-ons or fees along the way. Everyone we interacted with—whether in design, construction, or customer service—was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced in the pool industry. While there were a few very minor miscommunications, they didn’t materially affect the project, and I mention them only in the interest of giving a thorough and honest review. If you're considering a pool and live within the area Texoma Country Pools and Spa serves, I would absolutely recommend them. After hearing some horror stories about pool construction from others, we feel very fortunate to have chosen a company that delivered on their promises and built us a pool we truly love."
